Fair question. We get this a lot — and we wish we could just give you a simple number. But the truth is, there isn’t one.
The cost of new windows depends on many things: the size and shape, number of panes (double or triple), style (casement, slider, fixed), colour, hardware, coatings — and that’s just the window itself.
Installation adds another layer. In some homes, it’s a quick replacement. In others, the entire frame needs to be rebuilt — and that changes everything. The only way to know is to have a specialist take a look.

I like aluminum windows, but they’re expensive. Is there another option?
Aluminum windows do look great — clean lines, narrow frames, modern feel. But in most Canadian homes, they’re not always the best fit.
Aluminum conducts heat and cold more easily, which can affect energy efficiency. And while it’s strong, it’s also significantly more expensive — often without delivering clear performance benefits for our climate.

How long does installation take?
The full process has two parts. First, we take precise measurements and manufacture your windows at our own facility here in Ontario. That production stage usually takes a few weeks, depending on volume and customization.
Once your order is ready, installation typically takes one to two days. If it’s a retrofit, it can often be completed in a single day. More complex projects, like brick-to-brick replacements, may require two.
Because we control both manufacturing and scheduling, we also offer an expedited option for urgent projects.
How can I choose windows or doors without seeing them first?
You don’t have to. We have two showrooms — in Vaughan and Etobicoke — where you can see and compare our full range of windows and doors in person.
From casement and awning windows to patio and entry doors, all styles and opening systems are on display. You can test how they open and close, feel the frame profiles, compare colours and finishes, and get a real sense of what works for your home.
Both showrooms are open six days a week, and walk-ins are welcome — but we strongly recommend scheduling a visit with your consultant. They’ll meet you there, walk you through the options most relevant to your home, and explain why certain window or door types might work better in different rooms.
If my house is custom-built (or old), will custom windows cost more?
No. Nearly all replacement windows are custom-made — even for standard homes — because each opening has to be measured and built to fit. Having a custom or older house doesn’t automatically mean higher cost. Since we manufacture locally in Ontario, we can recommend the right solution for your layout, performance needs, and budget — without unnecessary extras.
